The payment is due after the pickup is complete. No payment is processed upfront. Pay with cash, card, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp or PayPal.

You can select from a wide range of items including furniture, appliances, electronics, mattresses, and more. If it’s non-hazardous and movable, we can likely take it! We do not take paint, gasoline or any other hazardous materials.

Yes! You can easily cancel or reschedule your appointment online at any time—no hassle, no fees.

Not necessarily. If you choose curbside pickup, you don’t need to be home. Just place your items outside in an accessible spot and we’ll take care of it. For in-home pickups, someone 18+ must be present.

You’ll receive a confirmation with your selected time window. Our team will also send a text or call when we’re on the way.
